Ecrin Mart and her team proudly waved the Turkish flag at the Nike EYBL Champions, held in the United States and considered one of the most prestigious youth basketball events in the world, winning the Under-17 Silver Championship title. Despite being just 17 years old, Mart, already notable for her international achievements, became the first Turkish women’s basketball player to be on a championship-winning team.
The conference championship she achieved in Indiana, the MVP award, and the selection as the “player of the match” in eight games, demonstrated not only the young star’s talent but also her journey to success shaped by consistency, discipline, and strong support.
